The Records of the Office of International Programs was established to administer and oversee projects of an international nature. The collection consists of correspondence, memoranda, reports, proposals, conference proceedings, and office records related to meetings, finance, individual profiles, international travel, foreign countries and projects. Material types include manuscripts, articles, reports, brochures, journals, maps, newspaper clippings, a scrapbook, and photographs.

The Office of the Vice President for Administrative Services (now the Office of the Vice President for Operations) and its earlier iterations oversaw administrative units at Colorado State University until 2010. The collection includes budgets, committee materials, meeting minutes, correspondence, administrative calendars, artifacts, films, publications, and reports related to planning and daily operations at the university.

The Women's Athletic Association (WAA) was established at Colorado Agricultural College (now Colorado State University) in 1922 to offer female students the opportunity for athletic competition. In 1962, the Women's Recreation Association (WRA) replaced the WAA. The collection includes scrapbooks, photographs, and association records.

Slides of Mildred T. Axtell
In her travels around the globe, Mildred Thomas Axtell (1916-2001) photographed various water locations, including the coasts of California, Mexico, and Buenos Aires. This collection includes slides of Denver city parks, rock formations in Arches National Monument and Zion National Park in Utah, and Mexico and Buenos Aires landscapes and cityscapes, as well as family portraits. There are 1,086 slides in the collection.
